We serve our food using either recyclable boxes or compostable plates, cutlery, and packaging—because the joy of a good meal shouldn’t come at the cost of the planet. Whether it’s a curry box, a private party, or a street food stall, we make sure our service is as earth friendly as it is delicious.

At Tikka and Tadka, we believe in mindful cooking—using every ingredient with purpose and care. Inspired by my mother’s kitchen, where nothing ever went to waste, we do the same here.
Our weekly curry boxes work on a pre-ordering system, which means everything is cooked to order. This helps us reduce food waste significantly, source ingredients more efficiently, and ensure every dish is as fresh as it can be.
Leftovers aren’t discarded—they’re transformed, shared, or repurposed. By cooking in small, thoughtful batches, we keep waste low and quality high
